Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Qualify warm inbound leads generated from webinars, trial sign-ups, demo requests, and quote inquiries through phone and email.

• Create a favorable initial impression while providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Comprehend customer requirements and evaluate the suitability of solutions.

• Manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, chats, and referrals effectively.

• Keep precise records of prospect interactions and pipeline status in Salesforce.

• Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to identify opportunities for pipeline expansion and enhance lead conversion rates.

• Meet individual and team objectives while contributing to overall revenue growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing position.

• Experience in technology, software, SaaS, mobile, or a related industry is highly valued.

• Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.

• Excellent customer service and phone communication skills.

• Capability to establish rapport and identify customer needs.

• Strong listening skills, relationship-building capabilities, and problem-solving aptitude.

• Proactive and results-driven approach.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum 50 Mbps plan.

• A suitable remote working environment.
