Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conduct over 100 outbound calls daily using curated, pre-existing lists of licensed contractors.

• Handle a high-volume email inbox and promptly respond to warm leads generated from cold email campaigns on the same day.

• Take ownership of the qualification and nurturing process by assessing prospect capacity, service area, and service suitability.

• Propel the sales process by presenting the offer, addressing objections, and securing initial account funding.

• Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule to ensure every prospect makes a decision within 14 days.

• Reach monthly goals of 5 to 8 new signed buyers.

• Keep HubSpot CRM and Instantly consistently updated to ensure pipeline transparency.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle sales, guiding prospects from initial cold calls to signed contracts.

• Skilled in high-volume cold calling and managing objections effectively.

• Strong ability to manage a sales pipeline independently without the need for micromanagement.

• Highly organized with an “inbox zero” mindset and a dedication to daily CRM maintenance.

• Available during core US hours, approximately 8 AM to 2 PM EST.
