Sales Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and disseminate sales reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses that monitor pipeline activity, customer trends, and sales performance.

• Extract and convert data from Salesforce, data lake and warehouse systems, as well as business intelligence platforms.

• Conduct routine data audits and validation checks.

• Collaborate with Retail, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Bid, IT, and other departments to understand their reporting requirements.

• Resolve data-related issues and provide timely insights.

• Document processes related to reporting.

• Assist with tool maintenance.

• Enhance the methods of data construction and sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a closely related discipline.

• High-level proficiency in Excel, including Power Query.

• Experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce.

• Practical experience using a business intelligence tool like Power BI or a similar platform.

• Proven ability to audit, validate, and ensure data accuracy throughout reporting workflows.

• A reliable home office setup.

• Self-motivated work habits.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting sales operations or collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

• Preferred: Knowledge of data lake environments or enterprise data extraction processes.

• Preferred: Experience in documenting reporting processes or assisting with tool migrations.
