Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Examine bottlenecks and inefficiencies throughout the patient journey and advocate workflows.

• Assess advocate utilization, caseloads, and the balance of supply and demand to aid in operational staffing.

• Create, develop, and sustain Hex dashboards that automate manual reporting tasks.

• Offer self-service metrics access to Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams.

• Collaborate with engineering to ensure the maintenance of clean and reliable data models.

• Enhance SQL and dbt transformations.

• Translate technical insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

• Illustrate trends and suggest actions to leadership.

• Work with structured and semi-structured healthcare operational data, including nested JSON formats.

• Utilize data to drive operational enhancements, optimize workflows, and allocate resources effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on healthcare operations.

• Knowledge of healthcare operations, including intake processes, scheduling, caseload management, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Proficient in advanced SQL and Snowflake.

• Extensive experience in designing interactive dashboards and reports.

• Familiarity with Hex or similar notebook-based BI tools; experience with Looker, Tableau, or Metabase is advantageous.

• Proven experience handling messy structured and semi-structured data, including nested JSON and unstructured datasets.

• Capability to leverage AI for SQL and analysis while ensuring the accuracy of its outputs.

• Strong root-cause analytical skills.

• Proficient at communicating complex data concepts to operators, product managers, and executives.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.

• Candidates must reside in the United States.
