Data Analytics Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the upkeep, organization, validation, and updating of data utilized by the PAD Quality team.

• Facilitate reporting tasks in SAP BO, which encompasses data extraction, updating recurring reports, verifying data, and improving reporting logic.

• Aid in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI dashboards, involving data preparation, visualization updates, and usability improvements.

• Support the Quality Management System through data, dashboards, AI tools, automation workflows, and digital solutions.

• Help in the creation and enhancement of AI-enabled solutions, which includes prompt engineering, testing, use case documentation, and implementation support.

• Assist with Power Automate workflows and other automation projects, including testing, documentation, data entry, monitoring, and identifying areas for enhancement.

• Contribute to basic programming, script development, data processing, and tool improvements under the team's guidance.

• Liaise with the Quality team and other stakeholders to clarify data needs, reporting requirements, dashboard updates, and opportunities for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in data management, dashboard development, Artificial Intelligence tools, and prompt engineering is essential.

• Familiarity with SAP BO, Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, programming concepts, or script development is advantageous.

• Advanced English communication skills are necessary, with fluency in English being a plus.

• A resilient, adaptable attitude, and a readiness to work in an international environment.

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen interest in data management, reporting, dashboards, automation, and AI-supported workflows.

• Good comprehension of data organization, data quality, reporting logic, and structured documentation.

• A systematic, reliable, and autonomous working style, with a focus on detail and data accuracy.

• Capability to provide and receive constructive feedback.

• Proficient in preparing structured documentation, summaries, and presentations.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
