Sales Customer Service Representative, Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls from customers seeking information regarding reverse mortgage programs.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Generate sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team.

• Spark interest in the reverse mortgage program.

• Assess customers based on program criteria, such as age, LTV, and homeownership.

• Transfer interested and qualified customers to the sales team.

• Schedule follow-up appointments.

• Send information packets to customers via mail.

• Update the Sales CRM with notes for each transaction.

• Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office.

• Skilled in 10-key data entry.

• Experience with soft phone technology.

• Background in customer service.

• Basic knowledge of reverse mortgage products.

• Familiarity with the mortgage industry.

• Bilingual abilities are advantageous.

• Highly organized and driven by performance.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of making over 100 calls per day.

• Able to meet production metrics defined by the business.

• Training will take place at the Houston office.
