Customer Support Conversations, Data Task

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Locate a customer-support chat or email exchange you have participated in.

• Copy and paste the entire interaction, encompassing both sides of the conversation.

• Respond to one question regarding the conclusion of the conversation.

• Submit 1 to 2 conversations with each submission.

• Engage in the process without the need for an interview or minimum time commitment.

• Review the task guidelines and adhere to the on-screen instructions in the Kled app.

• Submissions will be evaluated, and accepted entries will be licensed to AI labs for commercial training purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Canada or an eligible global task location; the task is available in over 100 countries.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• An iPhone equipped with iOS 18.6 or later is required.

• Capability to type your own responses within the app is essential.

• Must present complete customer-support conversations, including both sides, from start to finish.

• Must provide an answer to the question regarding the conversation's conclusion.

• Adherence to submission guidelines is mandatory; submissions that are rejected will not be compensated.

🏝️ Benefits

• $0.95 for each accepted conversation.

• Projected earnings of approximately $12–$16 per hour at a standard pace.

• No minimum hour requirements.

• Payments can be made through PayPal, Venmo, or a Solana wallet.

• Compensation is processed through the Kled app.

• Compensation for commercial training licenses is provided for accepted submissions.
