Customer Support Specialist, Paid Data Task

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Identify a customer support chat or email conversation.

• Duplicate the entire exchange, capturing both participants' contributions.

• Provide a response to one question regarding the conclusion of the conversation.

• Submit the complete conversation via the Kled app.

• Adhere to the task guidelines and follow the instructions displayed on-screen.

• Enroll in a commercial training license for each submission; accepted entries will be licensed to AI laboratories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in one of the 100+ countries where the task is available; although the location specifies Australia, the description indicates it is open globally.

• Must have an iPhone operating on iOS 18.6 or a later version.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Original writing must be produced, typed directly in the app.

• Complete customer support chat or email thread is required, reflecting both sides from beginning to end.

• Respond to the question concerning how the conversation concluded.

• Do not submit only one side, incomplete threads, or summaries.

• This is an independent contractor position with a piecework arrangement.

• Submissions will be reviewed, and only accepted entries will receive payment.
