Customer Support Conversations – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Locate a customer support chat or email exchange.

• Copy and paste the entire dialogue, ensuring both sides are included.

• Provide an answer to one question regarding the conclusion of the conversation.

• Submit the conversation through the Kled application.

• Adhere to the task guidelines and on-screen instructions.

• Accepted submissions will be licensed to AI labs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in one of the 100+ countries where the task is available; the job posting specifies it is open globally.

• An iPhone operating on iOS 18.6 or later is required.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

• Original writing must be typed within the app.

• A complete customer support conversation from start to finish, featuring both participants, must be submitted.

• Respond to the question about how the conversation concluded.

• All submissions are subject to review; those that violate the guidelines will not receive payment.

• It is necessary to opt in to a commercial training license with each upload.
