• Implement structured email outreach strategies to engage prospects and clients, aiding in business development.

• Establish, oversee, and evaluate ad-hoc marketing campaigns.

• Perform cold calling and lead generation activities.

• Provide administrative and marketing assistance to the broader operational team.

• Leverage integrated communication and management software platforms to coordinate campaign efforts and daily responsibilities.

• Demonstrated experience in executing email outreach initiatives and managing marketing campaigns.

• Ability to offer administrative and marketing support in a flexible, ad-hoc manner.

• Proficient in HubSpot.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.

• Experience using Microsoft Teams.

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of email outreach and marketing tools.
