This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Proactively oversee a complex calendar that spans multiple time zones, ensuring daily schedules are aligned with long-term strategic objectives to provide dedicated time for the executive's focused work.
• Compose, proofread, and prepare professional communications and documentation across various business units, including media, UK property consulting, and medical practice.
• Independently develop and enhance organizational systems, transitioning from executing a given task list to autonomously prioritizing the executive's workflow.
• Serve as the main point of contact and gatekeeper for all incoming communications, filtering and addressing non-essential inquiries to significantly alleviate the executive's administrative burden.
• Communicate confidently, professionally, and transparently with internal team members, external stakeholders, and international UK clients.
• Sustain an impeccable remote work setup, proactively relocating to quiet, well-lit environments (such as a local office or café) during internet or power outages at home, ensuring high visual standards for UK client meetings.
• Carry out cross-functional personal administration, including handling routine household bills, monitoring expenses, and accurately completing various applications and forms.
• Arrange intricate local and international travel logistics, effectively managing flights, accommodations, visa processes, and detailed daily itineraries.
• Handle highly confidential personal tasks, scheduling, and family administration to ensure the executive's personal life operates smoothly alongside their business responsibilities.
• Act as a dedicated chauffeur during the executive's brief, intensive visits to Nigeria, safely and efficiently navigating local routes and traffic.
• Uphold the highest standards of personal grooming and vehicle cleanliness, ensuring a premium and stress-free presentation for all public and client-facing interactions.
• Anticipate urgent logistical needs for on-the-ground projects or last-minute meetings, ensuring timely arrival without relying on stressful or unreliable public transportation.
• Demonstrated experience in an operational or executive support capacity, showcasing the ability to quickly adapt without extensive guidance.
• Must be an educated professional capable of confidently and articulately representing the executive to both internal teams and international clients.
• A proven history of taking initiative to devise solutions and independently streamline daily workflows.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to navigate Lagos traffic confidently are essential requirements.
• Owning a personal, well-maintained vehicle is a significant advantage that may qualify the candidate for enhanced compensation.
• Highly proficient with digital tools; must be a proactive self-learner capable of mastering new software independently (e.g., through YouTube) rather than needing step-by-step guidance.
• Ability to ensure a quiet, well-lit environment with reliable internet for high-stakes UK client calls, proactively relocating to local offices or cafés when necessary.
