This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Assist in driving corporate and divisional sales initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-selling efforts within SPG Ancillary Benefits, SPG Specialty Benefits, and other SPG divisions.
• Organize finalist meetings, provide scheduling assistance, and summarize discussions along with next steps.
• Maintain CRM records for producers in Salesforce and Monday.com.
• Monitor requests for missing data and support accountability among cross-functional teams.
• Identify stalled, at-risk, or inactive opportunities and coordinate updates in the CRM.
• Distribute pipeline and client reporting from CRM sources.
• Keep the tracking of HUB regional engagement status up to date.
• Vet, investigate, and consolidate lead information with Producers.
• Conduct CORE checks and other due diligence and eligibility processes.
• Monitor and analyze intent data to identify timely opportunities.
• Research sales leads and competitive intelligence, providing analysis and reporting.
• Maintain divisional sales tools that showcase eligibility, pricing, and referral readiness.
• Create sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, discovery cards, co-branded presentations, and Producer toolkits.
• Assist with discovery calls and partner capability summaries.
• Support the execution, scheduling, and tracking of email campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
• Coordinate logistics for Producer-driven events and carrier meetings.
• Foster collaboration and communication among matrix partners.
• Build relationships with internal colleagues, broker partners, and carrier partners.
• Aid in producer coaching and collaboration efforts.
• Adhere to best practices and service level agreements while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• 1-5 years of experience in employee benefits, sales operations, or a related area.
• Knowledge of HCM and ancillary products, including dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental health.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Monday.com, and prospecting or intent-data platforms.
• Ability to manage a large volume of data with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong writing and design skills; capable of creating polished collateral and presentations with minimal creative guidance.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to organizational changes.
• Effective in cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Able to adapt and prioritize competing demands across multiple business areas.
• Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Team-oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
