This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Collaborate with leadership to formulate sales strategies, objectives, plans, and budgets.
• Create new opportunities for attorney relationships and develop plans to secure new, profitable business leads.
• Monitor and report on the progress of sales leads.
• Engage in attorney network organizations to foster business opportunities, which may include presenting at conferences.
• Maintain effective communication with attorneys, clients, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure that feedback is shared and acted upon.
• Act as a customer liaison by understanding client issues, providing solutions when possible, and following through on commitments.
• Research, identify, and pursue opportunities in targeted markets.
• Oversee company resources and enhance overall brand visibility.
• Keep accurate client records in the CRM and manage relationships in databases and other files.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in financial planning, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to drive business sales and profit growth.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams and disciplines to meet client requirements.
• Proficient at managing multiple tasks and handling substantial workloads under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities.
• Results-driven with robust process and execution skills.
• Capable of working independently and reliably.
• Adaptable and flexible in diverse situations and while interacting with a variety of personalities.
• Skilled in organizing and prioritizing tasks, including delegating responsibilities when necessary.
• Ability to build a network of business contacts, convert relationships into leads, and secure business.
• Quick to learn and effectively use technical terminology related to company services while maintaining an approachable communication style.
• Customer-focused, self-disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, with excellent to advanced skills.
• Must reside in Connecticut.
• Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
