This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Oversee and manage agency compensation programs, sales incentives, achievement clubs, and various Distribution initiatives.
• Guarantee timely and precise delivery of incentive calculations, reports, and program outcomes.
• Create and uphold dashboards and reporting solutions that offer insights into compensation performance and business results.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Develop financial models to support new incentive programs and improve existing ones.
• Construct budget forecasts and ROI analyses to assess the financial implications of compensation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess program performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Track key performance indicators and deliver continuous reporting to leadership teams.
• Utilize Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Snowflake for data gathering, analysis, and visualization.
• Assist in strategic planning with insights on sales performance, compensation trends, and the effectiveness of incentives.
• Work collaboratively across various business units to align compensation programs with organizational objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable format.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Over 6 years of experience in compensation analysis, financial analysis, sales analytics, business intelligence, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in developing financial models, forecasts, performance reports, as well as budgeting and forecasting expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake.
• Experience in creating dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions.
• Strong capabilities in ROI and business case analysis.
• Experience in management and executive reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Valid local legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located at the time of hire.
• No concurrent employment, professional activities, or compensated work for other entities during employment with FBS.
