Sales Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide inbound first-level support to our existing customer base

• Deliver technical assistance for television, telephone, and internet-related issues

• Offer product consulting based on customer needs and optimize contracts

• Employ a sales-oriented approach during every interaction

• Collaborate with the Vodafone team within the virtual service center

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment

• Preferably possess experience in technical services within the telecommunications sector

• At least 1 year of sales experience is required

• Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets

• Commitment and capability to reliably cover the designated working hours

• No secondary employment permitted

• Proficient in the German language (C1 level)

• Must reside in Germany

• Candidates must have prior experience as support and sales professionals; career changers will not be considered
