Agente de Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers from other service providers to transfer them to Entel.

• Work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Fixed day off on Sundays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education required.

• No prior professional experience necessary.

• Must have a laptop or computer for remote management.

• Intel Core i3 processor or higher (from 6th generation onwards), Ryzen 3 or higher, or AMD8 and above.

• 8 GB of RAM.

• Windows 10 or 11.

• Solid state drive.

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher.
