This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both existing and potential customers of ENTEL

• Offer new lines, porting services, and additional lines

• Provide information regarding plans, promotions, and benefits

• Meet the established sales targets

• Accurately record sales in the system

• Deliver friendly and courteous customer service

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education

• Must be over 18 years old

• No prior experience is necessary

• Laptop or PC required

• Intel i3/i5/i7 processor of 6th generation or higher, or Ryzen 3 or above

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably via cable

• Windows 10 or newer

• Webcam required

• Headset or headphones with microphone and USB connection

• Skills: assertiveness, goal orientation, communication and persuasion, dynamic
