This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and sustain the deal pipeline within HubSpot, encompassing stages, properties, required fields, and automations during the consulting process.
• Streamline lead routing, follow-up reminders, tasks, and sequences through automation.
• Maintain data integrity via duplicate management, field logic, and seamless transitions between Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.
• Create dashboards to track conversion rates, pipeline growth, and activity metrics for Sales leadership and executive management.
• Integrate HubSpot with telephony systems, calendars, dashboard tools, and other sales platforms.
• Formulate practical solutions using no-code/low-code and AI tools, such as for call follow-up, data enrichment, or templates.
• Provide training to sales colleagues and document established processes.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and the Academy.
• A completed degree or equivalent qualification, such as in business administration, business informatics, or sales management.
• Two to four years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM administration, or a similar position.
• Proficient in using a CRM system, preferably HubSpot, including pipelines, properties, workflows, and permissions.
• Experience in analyzing sales processes and converting them into automated, transparent workflows.
• Familiarity with sales metrics like conversion rates, pipeline development, and activity data.
• Experience with dashboard tools such as Plecto, Looker Studio, or Power BI is advantageous.
• Basic experience with no-code/low-code platforms like Make or Zapier.
• A keen interest in AI-driven automation.
• Fundamental understanding of data models and interfaces, including APIs, field mapping, and data quality.
• Strong communication abilities, capable of articulating technical solutions clearly to sales teams.
• A structured, independent working style paired with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent proficiency in German, both written and spoken, along with good English skills.
