This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Set and achieve sales and profit objectives for the designated region.
• Deliver direct support to customers in the area and assist in other regions as required.
• Market the Company’s full product range to the industry.
• Collaborate with relevant BLT personnel to coordinate sales opportunities and sample distribution.
• Timely report on activities related to identified strategic accounts.
• Specify and communicate product requirements to the technical department.
• Assess materials at customer locations, providing technical support and troubleshooting for products and processes.
• Address customer inquiries for technical support via phone, email, or in-person visits.
• Continuously acquire knowledge and demonstrate the correct usage of BLT/AIM products.
• Discover new applications and opportunities for existing products.
• Collaborate with credit and quality assurance departments as necessary.
• Participate in Technical Support group conferences to share experiences with colleagues worldwide.
• Attend company sales meetings and industry trade exhibitions.
• Report directly to the Technical Sales Manager.
• A Post-Secondary Education in Chemistry is preferred.
• Sales experience is advantageous.
• Some experience in Technical Sales within the electronics sector is ideal.
• Strong negotiation skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel frequently is required.
• Self-motivated individual who is comfortable organizing personal visits and sales calls.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Home Office based in the North of England or Midlands.
