This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Engage in a two-year rotational program featuring two distinct 12-month experiences.
• Gain insight into WinField United’s systems, tools, and strategies.
• Leverage cutting-edge agronomic technologies.
• Assist agricultural clients in positioning WinField United brands effectively.
• Cultivate relationships and networks with customers and partners.
• Enhance business development, customer relationship, and sales skills with growers and retailers.
• Acquire knowledge about WinField United's products and services.
• Employ field trial testing to uncover yield potential through nutrients, crop protection, and seed.
• Deliver targeted agronomic insights to growers via comprehensive acre solutions.
• Contribute within a division dedicated to seed, crop protection, and crop nutrient products.
• Bachelor’s degree expected to be completed by December 2026 or May 2027.
• Interest in a future career in the agriculture sector, with majors in crop/soil science, agronomy, ag business/sales, or other agriculture-related fields.
• Capability to extract insights from data.
• Willingness to travel 20%-50% of the time, which may include nights and weekends.
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record to operate a company-assigned vehicle.
• Openness to relocation for each rotation assignment is required.
• Ability to make sound decisions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, employees, and management at all levels.
• Proficient in quickly resolving issues in an effective manner.
• Capable of creating and delivering informative and educational product presentations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management abilities and attention to detail.
• Must frequently move, lift, and carry boxes, tubs, and tools weighing between 50-60 lbs., as well as access and utilize farm equipment and navigate uneven ground.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons, with potential overnight travel.
