Sales Assistant – Telesales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional, efficient, and customer-focused service.

• Assist in the sales process by effectively presenting products and services.

• Accurately and promptly document customer orders and information.

• Maintain communication with customers for follow-up and retention after sales.

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet set sales objectives.

• Organize and keep the customer database current.

• Address technical inquiries regarding the products and services available.

• Meticulously handle customer returns, complaints, and suggestions.

• Support inventory management and ensure product availability.

• Engage in training and updates about new products and commercial policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Basic understanding of computer tools and sales systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in telesales or telephone sales is an advantage.

• Knowledge of industry-specific products is a plus.

• Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus.

• Sales or customer service certifications are a plus.

• Proficiency in a second language—English or Spanish—is a plus.

• Experience with social media and digital sales is a plus.

• Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 4:32 p.m.
