Sales Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Support market preparations and set up meetings to create a professional and inviting atmosphere for clients.

• Work alongside Account Executives to enhance sales strategies and assist with customer service activities.

• Prepare and oversee the dispatch of samples to clients.

• Aid in managing client communications and follow-ups concerning orders and product inquiries.

• Monitor and handle customer orders, ensuring they are processed accurately and promptly.

• Use Excel and internal systems to maintain meticulous records of orders, inventory, and customer information.

• Conduct precise data entry for orders, item setups, and client-specific details into client portals and internal databases.

• Keep thorough records of sales activities and orders.

• Assist the sales team with administrative duties as required, such as preparing reports, organizing documents, and managing various office tasks.

• Demonstrated experience in retail, sales support, or administrative positions (ideally in a showroom or retail setting).

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and set priorities effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Detail-oriented with a significant emphasis on accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.

• Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and verbally.

• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

• A proactive mindset when it comes to problem-solving and providing customer service.
