Sales Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the sales team by creating customer offers, product lists, assortment recommendations, and sales presentations.

• Keep customer, product, and order information up-to-date in our systems.

• Aid in preparing suggestions based on product performance, stock levels, pricing, margins, and customer requirements.

• Monitor orders and collaborate with logistics and finance to ensure prompt delivery and accurate invoicing.

• Follow up on any missing information from internal teams, brands, customers, and partners.

• Assist with product launches, retail promotions, campaigns, and brand partnerships.

• Compile customer research, lead lists, and follow-up documents for the sales team.

• Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with customers and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer support, operations, buying, retail administration, logistics coordination, or the beauty/well-being industry.

• Secondary education or higher; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficient in digital tools (CRM, ERP, MS Office, advanced Excel, including working with lists, formulas, lookups, and clean file preparation).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

• Strong sense of responsibility and capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced international setting.

• Native Dutch speaker with fluent English (additional languages are advantageous).
