Sales & Application Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and cultivate customer relationships throughout Northern Germany

• Offer technical application support for doctor blades, blade holders, and associated products

• Perform customer visits, inspections, and troubleshooting tasks

• Assist with product trials and projects aimed at optimizing machine performance

• Recognize and pursue new business opportunities

• Present technical information and deliver product training to clients

• Create quotations and provide commercial assistance throughout the sales process

• Work collaboratively with internal teams in product management, service, and operations

• Occasionally assist customers and projects in other European markets

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical education or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Paper Technology, or a similar field

• Background in industrial sales, technical service, or application engineering

• Experience in the paper, board, tissue, converting, or related process industries is beneficial

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and exceptional communication abilities

• Self-driven and able to work independently from a home-office setting

• Readiness to travel frequently within Northern Germany

• Proficiency in German and good command of English

• Skilled in standard Microsoft Office applications
