Sales and Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation of quotes and proposals, ensuring precision in pricing and product specifications.

• Foster strong relationships with clients and act as a primary contact throughout the sales and project phases.

• Keep accurate records of client information, order details, and project progress within internal systems.

• Arrange floor plans, product quantities, and supporting documents for client presentations and internal evaluations.

• Create reports, presentations, and materials for meetings.

• Oversee projects from order placement through installation and final closure.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations during the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal resources to ensure projects remain on track.

• Identify and proactively address issues that may affect scope, timeline, or budget.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee alignment across all project phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the commercial furniture or dealership sector is required.

• A High School Diploma is necessary; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with Steelcase and Hedberg is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is essential.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment is a must.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while supporting various stakeholders is required.
