This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct analyses on intricate data sets to derive significant insights and trends.
• Convert data findings into actionable suggestions for the product team and executive leadership.
• Employ advanced analytical methods to support strategic initiatives.
• Partner with the product team to evaluate user behavior, product performance, and relevant metrics.
• Deliver insights aimed at enhancing user experience, optimizing product features, and shaping product strategy.
• Create and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators related to the product.
• Recognize opportunities for data-driven insights that strengthen the company's long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics initiatives align with organizational goals.
• Engage in strategic planning sessions, providing data-driven insights.
• Promote collaboration and best practices among members of the distributed Analytics team.
• Share knowledge and insights to enhance team capabilities.
• Act as a liaison between Strategy & Analytics and other business units.
• Comprehend departmental data requirements and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Facilitate the integration of analytics into decision-making processes across various business functions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analytics position, with a history of delivering impactful analytical results.
• Preferred background in product, strategy, or growth analytics; experience in fintech or high-growth startups is an advantage.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Comfortable with building and maintaining data models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks.
• Experience with experiment design, A/B testing, and causal inference methodologies.
• Effective utilization of AI tools for dependable and efficient data analysis.
• Enthusiasm for elevating the AI capabilities of the team.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and succinctly to both technical peers and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing efficiently, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
