This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.
• Oversee and guide a team of two Sales Managers within the EMEA System Sales Team.
• Take charge of FormFactor's commercial system sales achievements across EMEA, focusing on increasing bookings, expanding strategically into new markets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Formulate and implement the regional growth strategy.
• Recognize and seize new market opportunities and innovative business models.
• Strengthen and enhance relationships with key global accounts.
• Manage sales responsibilities for select key customers and distributors, which includes account strategy, opportunity development, commercial negotiations, forecasting, and achieving sales targets.
• Advocate for customer satisfaction throughout EMEA via service excellence, effective issue resolution, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams in Business Units, Operations, Service, Marketing, and Product Management.
• Develop and nurture a high-performing sales organization in EMEA.
• Promote accountability, ownership, innovation, and excellence in execution through effective leadership, coaching, and talent development.
• Handle regional business management, strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, pipeline governance, CRM forecast accuracy, and commercial performance management.
• Supply market intelligence, competitive insights, and strategic feedback from customers.
• Represent FormFactor at executive customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Enhance sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and business analytics.
• Make informed business decisions, eliminate obstacles, mobilize resources, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive experience in senior sales leadership within a complex B2B technology environment, preferably in the semiconductor, electronics, test and measurement, or capital equipment sectors.
• Proven success in leading regional sales teams, managing sales managers, and cultivating high-performing teams across various countries and cultures.
• Demonstrated capability in driving bookings growth, managing pipeline governance, ensuring forecast accuracy, strategic account planning, and maintaining executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong commercial insight with experience in pursuing long-cycle, high-value opportunities and influencing cross-functional business execution at the senior management level.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
