SailPoint IdentityIQ / IAM Engineer – Access Governance & OT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and actively participate in the comprehensive delivery of IAM solutions within the Access Governance area.

• Ensure the implementation of a secure, compliant, and appropriately designed IAM platform across both IT and OT environments.

• Lead and facilitate the architecture and deployment of the IGA solution specifically for the OT domain.

• Collaborate with business units, global IT, and OT stakeholders to address regulatory, partner, and customer security needs.

• Develop and implement the OT IAM rollout strategy.

• Integrate OT assets onto the IGA platform and drive progress towards Go-Live milestones set for Q2 2026, Q1 2027, and future phases.

• Apply Ørsted IAM security best practices, guidelines, blueprints, and design patterns.

• Convert security issues and regulatory demands into scalable access governance solutions.

• Assist with the rollout of the OT IGA project spanning from 2026 to 2028.

• Conduct requirement analysis and reviews, oversee technical and low-level design implementations, perform code reviews, manage UAT, and provide pre- and post-deployment support.

• Offer operational support for the platform, addressing user issues and queries, managing certificate changes, troubleshooting, patching, security fixes, releases, and hotfixes.

• Manage Active Directory users and groups, reset passwords, and carry out access reviews.

• Oversee application lifecycle management for OT applications, including Active Directory, delimited files, Linux, Windows Server, and REST integrations.

• Aid the Lead Engineer with development and platform support responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of practical, hands-on technical implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), involving configuration, customization, maintenance, and troubleshooting in corporate settings.

• Strong hands-on experience with IAM and Access Governance platforms in large-scale, multi-site environments.

• Understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Governance, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

• Experience in the OT domain is a plus.

• Practical experience in Active Directory user, group, and lifecycle administration.

• Familiarity with PowerShell for automation and operational efficiency is advantageous.

• Proven track record of onboarding applications into IAM/IGA platforms while implementing best practices for integrations, entitlement modeling, and lifecycle workflows.

• Capability to support technical maintenance, enhancements, and incident resolution across one or more IAM technologies.

• Experience in SAFe/agile delivery environments, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt activities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, RTEs, and System Teams.

• Capacity to work efficiently with virtual and culturally diverse teams and stakeholders spread across various time zones.

• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
