SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Configure, support, and troubleshoot the out-of-the-box reporting module of SailPoint IdentityIQ.

• Identify and rectify errors in SailPoint IIQ's joiner/mover/leaver (JML) events and processes.

• Maintain and support the certification and access review module of SailPoint IIQ.

• Develop and enhance the ServiceNow connector for SailPoint (Service Catalog), including the resumption of previously paused development efforts.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to prioritize and implement continuous SailPoint support and development projects.

• Record configuration changes, troubleshooting procedures, and development activities to ensure knowledge continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident; capable of conducting all work within the continental United States.

• At least 3 years of practical experience in supporting, administering, or configuring SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

• Proven development experience with the ServiceNow connector for SailPoint (Service Catalog integration).

• Proficient in troubleshooting joiner/mover/leaver (JML) provisioning issues within an IAM platform.

• Experience in supporting certification and access review initiatives within an identity governance platform.

• Must be willing and able to undergo a background check and, if necessary, a Public Trust suitability assessment.

• SailPoint IdentityIQ certification (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer) is preferred.

• Familiarity with Java, BeanShell, or custom connector development within SailPoint is preferred.

• Prior experience in consulting or staff augmentation is preferred.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM beyond just the Service Catalog module is preferred.

• Experience in the energy or utilities sector is preferred.

• Competence in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) configuration and administration.

• Understanding of identity governance and administration (IGA) concepts.

• Experience in ServiceNow development and integration (Service Catalog).

• Proficiency in Java / BeanShell scripting.

• Knowledge of joiner/mover/leaver (JML) lifecycle management.

• Experience with access certification and compliance reporting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with client stakeholders.

• Ability to self-direct problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts.

• Capacity to continue previously initiated technical work.

• Team-oriented and collaborative approach to consulting projects.
