This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design, develop, and implement identity governance solutions utilizing the SailPoint platform.
β’ Configure and deploy SailPoint IIQ and ISC solutions, encompassing identity lifecycle management, access certifications, access requests, provisioning, and password management.
β’ Create and manage application onboarding processes, which include connectors, aggregation, correlation, and account/entitlement mapping.
β’ Develop rules, workflows, forms, and transformations using BeanShell/Java for IIQ and create transforms, rules, and workflows for ISC.
β’ Plan and support IIQ-to-ISC migrations, involving assessment, gap analysis, and cutover strategies.
β’ Integrate SailPoint with systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, SAP, databases, and various SaaS applications.
β’ Collect requirements from client stakeholders, facilitate design sessions, and convert business needs into technical specifications.
β’ Produce technical documentation including design specifications, configuration manuals, test plans, and runbooks.
β’ Provide support for UAT, deployment, hypercare, and troubleshooting across different environments.
β’ Adhere to SailPoint best practices regarding configuration management, version control, and promotion through development, testing, and production environments.
β’ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the creation of reusable accelerators, templates, and internal knowledge resources.
β’ Collaborate with a small, distributed team and engage directly with clients.
β’ Over 5 years of practical experience in implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud.
β’ Proficient knowledge of both platforms, with expertise in at least one.
β’ Strong grasp of IAM/IGA principles: joiner/mover/leaver processes, RBAC, role mining, SoD, certifications, and least privilege concepts.
β’ Experience in IIQ development (Java, BeanShell, XML artifacts) or ISC configuration (transforms, rules, REST APIs, VA management).
β’ Familiarity with connectors and integration methodologies (LDAP/AD, JDBC, delimited files, web services/REST, SCIM).
β’ Proficient SQL and scripting capabilities, along with understanding of JSON, XML, and REST APIs.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
β’ Ability to work independently within a remote, distributed team environment.
β’ Openness to adopting emerging technologies, including AI tools.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
β’ Sedentary work involving substantial movement of wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
β’ Close visual acuity for viewing computer terminals and extensive reading for at least 8 hours a day.
β’ Preferred qualifications include consulting or professional services experience, SailPoint certifications, IIQ-to-ISC migration experience, knowledge of Git, CI/CD, SSB or similar tools, familiarity with adjacent identity technologies, experience in regulated industries, and a background in Java/Linux/Windows/application servers.
β’ Primarily remote workforce (U.S. based only).
