This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, test, debug, maintain, and document software applications.
• Adhere to established software development standards and procedures while contributing to their enhancement.
• Create complex application features and develop technical designs.
• Engage in peer code and design reviews.
• Analyze and evaluate complex programming specifications to address issues.
• Establish technical standards and offer technical advice and guidance.
• Collaborate with fellow programmers to conceptualize and create design solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive problem analysis, document findings, and propose innovative solutions.
• Manage end-to-end runs and provide production support.
• Recommend improvements to existing business applications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot Application/Client Server connectivity issues.
• Execute SDLC processes, including the design and development of applications.
• Address security, Section 508, performance, and UX-related challenges.
• Maintain documentation for solutions, associated tools, and business processes.
• Participate in the implementation of new features and integration scenarios.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Anticipate future needs for IAM services proactively.
• U.S. citizenship is a contractual requirement for this position.
• A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade IAM or cloud-based and web-based applications across various environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or nine years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ strategy, design, implementation, and operations.
• Strong understanding of SailPoint features, integration, and architecture.
• Capability to communicate about SailPoint and its implementation at both functional and technical levels.
• Experience with Java.
• In-depth understanding of IAM principles and enterprise implementation.
• Ability to maintain documentation for IAM solutions, related tools, and business processes.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• Required to secure approved Public Trust adjudication prior to onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of key IAM and FICAM policies/guidance, including NIST 800-63-3, OMB M-19-17, and HSPD-12.
• Experience in following and enhancing software development standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes.
• Broad knowledge of information system technologies and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience with AWS or Azure and understanding of DevSecOps tools and processes.
