Sage Intacct Consultant – Post Go-Live

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and drive Sage Intacct implementations utilizing Alliance's established methodology.

• Evaluate and document both system and business requirements.

• Convert client requirements into adaptable Sage Intacct configurations.

• Set up and configure Sage Intacct modules along with third-party integration tools.

• Create test scripts and confirm system configurations prior to go-live.

• Develop customized reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct.

• Provide training for end-users on Sage Intacct functionalities.

• Offer ongoing technical support post-go-live and resolve support tickets.

• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.

• Suggest processes and procedures that enhance client outcomes.

• Oversee multiple client engagements, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

• Coordinate project tasks and transitions with sales and support teams.

• Deliver written project status updates to both internal teams and clients.

• Collaborate with developers and team members on client enhancements.

• Investigate and escalate complex software issues.

• Contribute to the development of internal processes, templates, best-practice documentation, and the knowledge base.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ERP software consulting or implementation.

• Experience with Sage Intacct is highly preferred.

• Strong background in accounting and an understanding of financial processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High emotional intelligence with the capability to build client trust.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

• Quick learning aptitude for ERP software products.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and standard collaboration tools.

• Preferred hands-on experience with Sage Intacct implementation across various modules.

• Experience in configuring third-party integrations with Sage Intacct is preferred.

• Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar ticketing/PSA platforms is preferred.

• Preferred experience in developing reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct.

• Background in construction, real estate, or property management is preferred.
