This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop or review damage estimates for both first- and third-party material damage losses of varying severities.
• Utilize knowledge of the different types of company policies.
• Negotiate settlements, execute settlement payments, and document activities within complex files across various lines.
• Assess settlement alternatives to ensure compliance with regulations and adherence to fair claims practices.
• Determine the most advantageous settlement option.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external clients across multiple lines.
• Conduct desk-based recreational vehicle (RV) and specialty estimating using photographs and remote inspections.
• Evaluate damages for RVs, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles.
• No supervisory responsibilities involved.
• Proven experience in assessing damages for RVs, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles.
• Advanced proficiency in creating estimates from photographs and remote inspections, especially for RVs.
• Strong comprehension of vehicle structures and repair methodologies.
• Familiarity with CCC or Duncan (RV) estimating platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation abilities.
• Licensing is preferred; candidates without a license must be prepared to obtain one during their training period.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Must terminate all existing insurance-license appointments before onboarding if currently holding an active insurance license.
• Must not maintain outside insurance-license appointments while employed.
• Applicants possessing a resident producer license must relinquish it when directed by the licensing team.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States; the company does not provide sponsorship for work visas.
• A dedicated, private workspace free from distractions is required when working remotely.
• An appropriate desk and seating arrangement must be provided.
• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.
