RVP, Client Services – Eastern US

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee account management for StackAdapt clients situated in the Eastern US.

• Expand and maintain partnerships with agencies and brands.

• Encourage clients to establish ambitious business objectives and strengthen their collaborations with StackAdapt.

• Manage a team of over 50 account leads and account managers to drive revenue through outstanding client experiences.

• Define, enhance, and broaden the service approach while coordinating resources to facilitate client growth and enhance operational effectiveness.

• Propel client satisfaction and product adoption initiatives to pinpoint and tackle growth opportunities.

• Enhance internal cross-functional collaboration to further company objectives and client success.

• Establish high standards and accountability while achieving and surpassing shared revenue goals with AE stakeholders.

• Continue fostering a high-performance, supportive culture throughout the Global Client Services team.

• Report to the Head of Americas Client Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience and enthusiasm for people management, including a background in leading large organizations with managers as direct reports.

• Proven experience in a quota-carrying role, successfully meeting and exceeding revenue targets as a people leader.

• Strong commitment to delivering a world-class client experience grounded in robust functional expertise and performance.

• Demonstrated success in advertising and martech, with a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape, emerging challenges, and the essence of being “world class.”

• Profound data acumen and comprehension, including direct experience with spreadsheets and systems for critical decision-making.

• Experience managing teams of over 50 account leads and account managers.

• Commercially focused, quota-carrying leadership experience.
