Client Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with reporters, agencies, videographers, interpreters, and various external vendors.

• Offer assistance to trusted partners and outside vendors.

• Quickly respond to client inquiries received through email and/or phone queue.

• Address issues or escalate them when necessary.

• Work together with departments and colleagues to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

• Monitor assignment deadlines and ensure that tasks are completed punctually.

• Notify stakeholders of any potential delays in a timely manner.

• Accurately communicate updates and changes in orders to partners.

• Manage transcript delivery, troubleshoot issues, handle changes or corrections, and follow up with clients after depositions.

• 2–4 years of professional experience required.

• Familiarity with court reporting or legal services is advantageous.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
