Russian VRI/OPI Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Always be prepared to take notes during conversations.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages without adding, omitting, or substituting content.

• Deliver the highest level of customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Facilitate effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and thorough interpretation of messages.

• Participate in internal professional training sessions.

• Communicate and report to your team leader regularly.

• A strong passion for various languages and interpretation.

• Must meet the technical specifications for computer and internet connectivity.

• Familiarity with the specific terminology relevant to the industry in which the interpreter operates (healthcare and medical).

• Adherence to dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.
