Russian to English Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Always be ready to take notes during calls.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages without adding, omitting, or altering any content.

• Deliver the highest standard of customer service while interpreting.

• Facilitate effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and thorough interpretations of messages.

• Participate in internal professional training sessions.

• Communicate and report to your team leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional remote interpreters who have a strong passion for various languages.

• Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology.

• Technical prerequisites for a home office include a dedicated high-speed, private, and secure internet connection.

• Minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps are required.

• Operating system must be a minimum of Windows 10.

• Computers should have a dual-core processor of at least 2 GHz or better.

• A minimum of 8 GB RAM is required.

• A wired internet connection with an Ethernet port is mandatory (Wi-Fi is not permitted).

• A noise-cancelling, wired headset with a built-in microphone should be used.
