
RTSM Specialist, 12 Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Oversee the effective implementation of designated RTSM systems or modifications in line with client specifications, established timelines, budget constraints, and company standards.
• Provide comprehensive project management supervision from project award through to the decommissioning of RTSM systems.
• Ensure deliverables, timelines, and work completion adhere to Worldwide SOP standards.
• Relay RTSM project activities to both internal teams and sponsor study groups.
• Act as the primary escalation contact for project-related issues concerning assigned studies.
• Coordinate the timely dissemination of project communications, including study status updates, meeting agendas and notes, and scheduling of project calls.
• Travel to Investigator Meetings or other project-related gatherings as necessary.
• Oversee the overall budget for the RTSM project and ensure precise vendor work orders are maintained.
• Manage the overall design of RTSM studies.
• Draft, review, and approve User Requirements Specifications (URS).
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal English.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Proficient in utilizing common office software applications.
• Self-driven individual capable of making positive contributions within a team setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 2 years of prior experience in RTSM.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management.
• A minimum of 5 years in a CRO/pharmaceutical environment is essential.
• Experience in Contract Research Organizations (CRO) or the Pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
• Familiarity with RTSM topics, including study design, randomization methods, and just-in-time drug supply.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes, including blinding, patient safety, data integrity, and relevant regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the delivery of RTSM solutions used in clinical trials.
