RRT Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Manage repricing modifications

• Address group exception referrals

• Collaborate with claims department staff to assess the suitability of RRT referrals

• Process and evaluate RX refunds

• Monitor and manage designated projects

• Update accumulators

• Recalculate claims as a result of accumulator modifications

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned

• Review claim calculations and claimant history to verify adjustment precision

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical claims processing is required

• Familiarity with the QicLink claims processing system is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Access

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential

• High-speed cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 100Mbps download and 25Mbps upload is necessary
