RPA Lead – Blue Prism Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Blue Prism platform, overseeing upgrades, patches, configurations, and overall system health.

• Ensure the Control Room operates smoothly, managing schedules, sessions, queues, and bot performance.

• Design, debug, and enhance Blue Prism processes and components.

• Deliver L1, L2, and L3 support for production automation systems.

• Identify and resolve incidents, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement lasting solutions.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to RPA developers and support teams, while effectively managing workloads and priorities.

• Oversee and prioritize the automation backlog, addressing enhancements, new requests, and troubleshooting issues.

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality automation solutions.

• Create solutions utilizing ABBYY and other intelligent automation technologies.

• Maintain comprehensive technical and operational documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in Blue Prism development and administration.

• Proven experience managing the Blue Prism Control Room in a production setting.

• Background in providing L1, L2, and L3 support for automation processes.

• Demonstrated experience in leading an RPA or automation team.

• Experience in managing an automation backlog and maintaining business relationships.

• Familiarity with ABBYY software.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and performing root-cause analyses.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Blue Prism certification (Developer or Solution Designer) is preferred.

• Familiarity with other intelligent automation or document-processing tools is advantageous.

• Experience with upgrading Blue Prism across various environments is a plus.

• Exposure to alternative RPA platforms is beneficial.

• Ownership of documentation and runbooks in a support context is a plus.
