Assistant Manager – Technology, BPM, RPA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a team of professionals, providing mentorship and direction.

• Take ownership of comprehensive production support for Power Automate Digital Workers, Velocity microservices, and EDMS applications.

• Monitor system health, platform performance, incidents, and recurring issues.

• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within agreed-upon SLAs.

• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, vendor, business, product owner, and technology teams.

• Maintain documentation related to incidents, RCA reports, knowledge articles, SOPs, support guides, workflow diagrams, and configuration details.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory controls, audit requirements, PMO, QMS, architecture, security, and data privacy standards.

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Enhance support processes, decrease manual effort, and contribute to automation and monitoring improvements.

• Assist in gathering requirements, validating feasibility, conducting UAT, release validation, and ensuring change readiness.

• Assess vendor performance and ensure that deliverables align with SLAs and platform requirements.

• Conduct performance evaluations and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, demonstrating a proven ability to lead and manage teams.

• Proficiency in digital platforms, automation tools, and middleware technologies.

• Strong leadership and management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.

• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations pertaining to digital platforms and automation.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
