ROW Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Evaluate engineering schematics and construction plans to ascertain right-of-way (ROW) and permitting requirements.

• Secure and identify permits and easements from federal, state, county, municipal, and private landowners.

• Negotiate the acquisition of right-of-way and other property interests essential for telecommunications operations.

• Collaborate with clients, landowners, local agencies, and permitting authorities.

• Keep precise records and documentation of transactions.

• Draft and manage contracts and agreements.

• Carry out field visits as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED accompanied by equivalent experience.

• At least two (2) years of experience in Right-of-Way acquisition, real estate, or land services, particularly for telecommunications and related infrastructure projects.

• Understanding of eminent domain laws, real estate principles, title research, and land valuation.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Willing to travel as needed.

• Familiarity with GIS and land management software is advantageous.
