Roofing Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance on commercial roofs.

• Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, flashing, sealants, and related components.

• Assist in roof inspections to determine maintenance or repair requirements.

• Safely operate roofing tools, equipment, lifts, and fall protection systems.

• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment at job sites.

• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Adhere to OSHA regulations and Daniels safety protocols.

• Collaborate closely with the Roofing Foreman / Superintendent to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

• Provide support for additional facility improvement and construction initiatives as needed.

• Travel frequently across the United States to assist Daniels facilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing is preferred.

• Familiarity with commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing.

• Understanding of commercial roofing safety practices and OSHA standards.

• Capability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to travel extensively.

• Ability to lift and transport roofing materials and equipment.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Background checks and drug screenings are required as part of the post-offer hiring process.
