Roofing Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance for commercial roofs.

• Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, flashing, sealants, and related components.

• Assist in conducting roof inspections to determine maintenance or repair requirements.

• Operate roofing tools, equipment, lifts, and fall protection systems in a safe manner.

• Manage the loading, unloading, and organization of materials and equipment at job sites.

• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Adhere to OSHA regulations and Daniels’ safety protocols.

• Collaborate closely with the Roofing Foreman / Superintendent to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

• Provide support for additional facility enhancement and construction projects as necessary.

• Travel extensively across the United States to assist Daniels facilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing is preferred.

• Familiarity with commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing.

• Understanding of safety practices related to commercial roofing and OSHA standards.

• Capability to work safely at heights and in diverse weather conditions.

• Strong work ethic with a readiness to travel frequently.

• Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment effectively.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving history.

• Successful completion of background checks and drug testing following a job offer.
