Roofing Operations Coordinator – Roofing, Solar

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review each job approved by the residential sales team prior to its release into the production queue.

• Confirm the scope of work, pricing, documentation, checklists, and photographs.

• Approve compliant jobs and return any incomplete or incorrect jobs for necessary corrections.

• Monitor the progress of returned jobs until resolution.

• Assist with customer financing by collecting documentation, uploading files to lender portals and the job management system, and tracking application statuses.

• Reconcile change orders in ServiceTitan and address discrepancies among contracts, change orders, and completed work.

• Prepare and submit permit applications using iPermit, ensuring accuracy, and monitor the status of permits.

• Submit applications for manufacturer roof warranties and maintain warranty documentation.

• Engage in Offshore Launch Slack, participate in bi-weekly team meetings, and attend monthly reviews.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Outstanding attention to detail and a systematic, checklist-oriented approach to tasks.

• The confidence to uphold standards among colleagues and return incomplete work for revisions.

• Capability to handle a high volume of jobs at various stages without overlooking any details.

• Availability to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.

• Experience in roofing, solar, construction, or home services is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM or field service management platforms is preferred.

• Practical experience with ServiceTitan is preferred.

• Knowledge of U.S. building permit processes, consumer financing, or manufacturer warranty programs is preferred.
