Roofing Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assess roofing inspection reports, images, measurements, and relevant documentation.

• Evaluate roof conditions to detect storm damage, leaks, wear, and other roofing issues.

• Ascertain whether a project necessitates repair, maintenance, restoration, or replacement.

• Generate precise and comprehensive roofing estimates for both residential and commercial projects, including TPO and other low-slope applications.

• Input estimates, project notes, and follow-up information into JobNimbus.

• Solicit additional information or arrange an on-site inspection when documentation is lacking.

• Convey estimate specifics and project recommendations to internal production and operations teams.

• Oversee assigned projects while keeping organized and accurate documentation.

• Handle multiple estimates concurrently, meeting deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing, including estimating, inspections, or project support.

• Strong preference for experience in bidding commercial roofing projects, particularly TPO and other low-slope roofing systems.

• In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems, materials, repair techniques, and replacement procedures, including TPO and similar commercial roofing systems.

• Capability to interpret roofing inspection reports, roof measurements, photographs, and supplementary documents.

• Proven experience in preparing accurate estimates for residential and commercial roofing repairs and replacements.

• Proficiency with JobNimbus or comparable roofing CRM and estimating software is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and maintain accountability in a remote setting.
