Roof Measurement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Enter customer information and addresses into the Roofer platform to commence roof measurements

• Select and oversee roof imagery

• Create accurate roof outlines utilizing tools such as 90-degree snapping

• Identify and label roof features including eaves, valleys, hips, ridges, and rakes

• Assign appropriate pitches to roof facets while considering features like dormers

• Utilize layering and editing tools to structure and enhance measurement details

• Save ongoing projects for later resumption as necessary

• Produce final roof reports in specified formats and distribute them to clients or stakeholders

• Maintain 100% quality and turnaround time from the outset

• Review notes from clients and the support team to ensure task completion

• Engage in weekly training refresher courses to assess skills and identify areas for improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• Direct experience in roof measurement is essential

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision, possessing a sharp eye for aesthetics and technical accuracy

• Solid grasp of roofing terminology and structural components, or a strong willingness to learn rapidly on the job

• Proficient in utilizing digital tools and software for data entry and image editing

• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines

• Effective problem-solving skills to address software issues or measurement obstacles

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time

• Willingness to work on Philippine holidays
