• Respond to calls in a courteous and professional manner.

• Be prepared to take notes during conversations.

• Provide precise interpretation without adding or omitting any messages.

• Enable communication between clients and individuals with limited English proficiency.

• Participate in internal professional training and obtain new certifications.

• Expertise as a remote interpreter.

• Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology.

• Capability to meet the technical requirements necessary for remote work.

• Use a noise-cancelling, wired headset equipped with a microphone.
