Rock Tools Sales Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Drive business growth by promoting and selling aftermarket tools and consumables.

• Provide technical and commercial support to Sandvik customers.

• Manage the sales of products and services within an assigned geographic territory and meet commercial objectives.

• Retain and cultivate relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities with new clients.

• Understand customer needs and align them with the product and service offerings.

• Conduct regular visits to current and potential clients to identify opportunities and propose solutions.

• Address complex inquiries, negotiate prices and delivery timelines within defined margins, and finalize agreements.

• Gather, analyze, and communicate market and competition information to Sales and Product Management.

• Establish and execute annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans.

• Coordinate, execute, and follow up on product performance testing in the field, collecting technical and commercial feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or a related field such as Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Geology, or similar.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations and sales of products for the mining industry.

• Technical knowledge of Top Hammer drilling systems (mandatory).

• Intermediate to advanced level of English (desirable).

• Proficient in MS Office and Lotus tools.

• Willingness to travel within and outside of Chile, particularly in the Northern Zone.

• Availability to work in a shift system (5x2).

• Class B driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of seniority (mandatory).

• Residency in the Metropolitan Region (mandatory).
