📋 Description

• Act as the operating room specialist for CORI robotic-assisted knee and hip solutions, delivering hands-on case support for both new and existing clients.

• Foster the adoption, utilization, and expansion of CORI technology in collaboration with the Joint Reconstruction and Capital Sales teams.

• Assist in product launches, competitive conversions, and strategic growth efforts within the designated territory.

• Provide training to surgeons and hospital personnel to ensure they gain confidence and technical skills in real surgical settings.

• Identify commercial opportunities, generate leads, and directly impact the revenue performance within the territory.

• Represent Smith+Nephew at laboratories, in-services, and medical education events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales or commercial roles focused on the operating room.

• Strong preference for experience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment.

• Competitive and results-oriented mindset with the capacity to influence in high-pressure operating room situations.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate robust relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders.

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent commercial or clinical experience is required.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including regular overnight trips.

• Must successfully complete the credentialing process and adhere to healthcare facility requirements, which may include established vaccination protocols.
